Cancellation Policy

Attention Passengers: Please be advised of our trip cancellation and rescheduling policies. To ensure efficient service for all, kindly adhere to the following guidelines: Cancellations: Must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled trip time by calling 1-888-871-4775. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in a 14-day account suspension. Exceptions will be granted for documented medical emergencies upon verification. Rescheduling: Must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled trip time by calling 1-888-871-4775 please notify us immediately and we will gladly adjust your trip accordingly. Rescheduling requests are only accepted with 12 hours notice. For changes made less than 12 hours before your trip the cancelation policy will apply. Exceptions will be granted for documented provided initiated appointment changes upon verification. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
